Clayton Holiday Park in Fife has been owned and run by the Kennedy family since it’s inception in 1966. Continued investment in the facilities and infrastructure has yielded many National Tourism Awards.
The most prestigious of these being the Visit Scotland 5 Star Holiday Park Award. This extremely stringent Quality Assurance scheme recognises exceptional quality in the maintenance, facilities and delivery of service on the park. The park is also a member of HARPA the governing body for holiday parks. Although Clayton is one of the largest holiday parks in Scotland, our family run approach allows us to provide a personal service to all of our customers.

We’re just a short drive from the historic town of St Andrews, where you can enjoy everything from exploring its beautiful medieval streets and university buildings to its cafés, shops and cinema.
The historic town of St Andrews is only a few minutes drive away.
This beautiful old university town is world famous as the ‘Home of Golf’. It also has many historic buildings and fine shops to visit as well as a cinema and many restaurants.
With more than 30 courses within a 20-mile radius of our park, golfers really are spoilt for choice.
The award-winning beaches of St Andrews stretch for miles and are perfect for long walks, picnics and beach activities.
Tentsmuir Forest is 3 miles from the park and offers extensive hiking and cycling trails and wetland for wildlife spotting.
Along the East Neuk, you’ll also find a string of charming fishing villages, sandy beaches and coastal paths with plenty to keep the whole family entertained.
Fife offers plenty of visitor attractions for all ages.
Highlights include The Scottish Fisheries Museum, The Secret Bunker, Kellie Castle, Crail Pottery and Elie Watersports Centre.
The picturesque village of Falkland is home to Falkland Palace, once a residence of Mary Queen of Scots.
Clayton is also one of the best connected holiday parks in Fife, making it easy to explore other parts of the east coast and wider Scotland.
The park has excellent communication links, being situated on the main A91 road just minutes from St Andrews. There’s also a bus stop at the entrance to the park that has regular services to St Andrews, Cupar, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling.
Leuchars train station, on the East coast mainline, is also less than 3 miles from the park.
